To be clear, it’s not about taking a sh*t (what my sister thought the name alluded to). It’s about being the sh*t. It’s about the "Lode"—that massive, untapped vein of value and abundance that ambitious women bring to the table.
The Mission. For once, we aren’t putting the kids first. We’re putting YOU first. It shouldn’t be hard for high-level, ambitious moms to find a local tribe that actually matches their energy. MotherLode bridges the gap between your big-picture drive and your Westchester community to unlock the inspiration you’ve been missing.

About me
Outside of being a mom, it often feels like your career is your other identity—until, suddenly, it isn't. After fifteen years in the tech industry, having two kids (ages 6 and 2), and going 120 mph, I hit the brakes in 2026 to be more intentional about what comes next.
What I found was a massive gap: moms in Westchester are "over-optimized" but "under-connected."
We see each other at school drop-offs every day, yet we’re all looking for something more to fill our cups beyond the boardroom and the playroom. That’s what sparked MotherLode.
I’m committing to creating a space for inspiration and real connection with a community of ambitious, fun, soulful shakers and makers (aka: moms). No filters. No small talk. Just the real stuff.
